Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

Pregnancy Massage 


When a woman is pregnant, she will experience various physical and emotional changes.  Massage can help to balance out any problems, as well as helping to connect the woman to her baby.  This type of massage takes place in the side lying position, with cushions and bolsters used for support.  Different styles of massage will be used, such as sweeping strokes, deep tissue techniques and joint mobilisation, to suit the specific issue.
